The Village of St Jacob is sponsoring a non sanctioned BBQ Contest.

Entry: $150.00 includes all fees.
Free ice,water, and electricity will be provided to all contestants.
Entry categories: Ribs,Chicken, Pork shoulder, brisket.
Contestants will be able to sell their delicious BBQ.
The festival will also have live entertainment and beverage vendors.

to be served by Susan Schmidt and her Family

One of the Highlights of the "Jakey in June" weekend is the fabulous Sunday "Mayors Breakfast" sponsored by Hometel and served hot and fresh by Susan Schmidt and her family. This spread of homemade biscuits and gravy, along with egg caseroles and a wide selection of homemade rolls and muffins is a great way to start the final day of the event.
